Identify high profile candidates though similar competing companies.

Train and manage an experienced research team to conduct custom searches.

Provide research team with knowledge regarding position requirements and

Contact external resources regarding networking purposes.

Maintain communication with external contacts to promote new business.
Client Communication

Keep in consistent contact with client regarding search results.

Inform clients of frequent questions asked by potential candidates.
Interviews/Screens

Screen prospective candidates to determine suitability and prepare candidate profiles which include background information and experience.
Presentation of Candidates

Inform clients of a qualified candidate without delay.

Compile detailed reports of the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses in addition to their skills and experience.
Client Interviews

Actively participate and offer assistance regarding interview processes and procedures between the client and the candidate.
Reference Check

Verify client provided information (resume, degrees, references, etc)

Maintain search results for an extended period of time.
Follow-up and Retention

Address any potential challenges with the client and maintain contact with the selected candidate/new hire and the hiring manager(s).
